How much is shipping in the USA?
Orders US$40.01 or greater will ship FREE in the USA. Orders Below that amount will be charged a flat fee of US$2.89
How much is Canada Shipping?
- Orders below US$15.00 - US$9.75
- Orders US$15.01 TO US$74.99 - US$15.50
- Orders US$75.00 TO US$150.00 - US$21.50
- Orders US$150.01 TO US$349.99 - US$29.50

Does LeggingGirl charge International Taxes and Duties?
LeggingGirl.com is not responsible for additional charges or customs fees on international orders. Please review your country’s customs tax/duty requirements. LeggingGirl.com will only be responsible for the shipping fees.
What are the Shipping fees for other International Countries?
Shipping Fees will vary per order amount and will be displayed at checkout
What carrier does LeggingGirl.com use for shipping?
Most of our parcels go USPS first Class or Priority mail. Some parcels are sent via UPS

What is the Fabric on your leggings?
Our unique FeatherSoft® blend is a blend of double brushed Polyester and Spandex fabric. Providing both ultimate comfort, fit and durability. You can almost forget you are wearing leggings! Specific product details and measurements can be found on the product description under each item on the website.
Where are your Leggings made?
Most of our leggings are manufactured in China
What if I do not see a specific pattern I am looking for?
Pattern availability varies and we can not guarantee that a certain pattern will be restocked. If you do not find in website it is because we are fully out of stock
Are the Leggings See-through?
Our FeatherSoft® blend is a non see through fabric
What type of waist bands do you have?
We carry both Regular waist (which is a 1" elastic) and Wide Bands. Both options provide a "stay put" design that will not slip or sag?
How do your leggings compare to the top selling brands?
Our leggings are comparable to Top selling brands but we provide them at a much better price.
How do leggings Fit?
Our FeatherSoft® blend is created to adjust to your body shape, they will be un-confining and will feel like a second skin.
What size should I get?

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we do. Please go to our Gift Certificate tab for purchases
Do you have Man's leggings?
We currently do not carry any Leggings specifically made for men, but because of the make of our products they work for both Man and Women.
What if I make a mistake in my order?
If you contact us via a Support Ticket which you can submit by login in to your account and clicking on the Support button, or via email at support@legginggirl.com with the required changes we will be happy to assist as long as the order has not already been shipped
What if I forget my login information and cannot access my account?

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

How do I wash my leggings?
We recommend all items are Hand Washed or Delicate cycle and Hang/Flat dry - No dryer ever!

How can I become an Affiliate?

Who can become an Affiliate?
Anyone over 16 years of age can become a LeggingGirl.com Affiliate regardless of their country of residence, but we currently only ship to USA, Canada, UK and Australia
Is there a minimum amount of sales in order to remain as an Affiliate?
Yes, Affiliates that joined our team by purchasing one of our two Affiliate options, must have a minimum of ONE purchase per year. Affiliates who joined during a FREE Affiliate promotion need to have TWO purchases every six months. These purchases can be personal purchases or direct customer orders in the Affiliate's link.
Can you be an Affiliate for LeggingGirl and another Direct Sales Company?
Yes, we do not have any restrictions on other Affiliate program Affiliations
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on Fridays using Paypal

We have an Affiliates Only FB group where we provide information and support, as well as an Affiliates NEWS section in the back office. Additionally Affiliates can contact our support team via the integrated Support system in our website. Can a customer or Affiliate send a question to Support in Spanish?
Yes, we will support Spanish questions via our Support or Ticket System
As an Affiliate, where can I promote my business?
Affiliates can promote their business in any place they choose to. LeggingGirl does not have any limitations regarding where Affiliates can sell or advertise their business. We do require that you DO NOT represent yourself as the OWNER of the company, instead, you can describe yourself as an Independent Consultant, Affiliate or any other description along those lines. This last statement also applies for printed marketting materials such as business cards, flyers, etc.
Can an Affiliate be Canceled?
Yes, LeggingGirl reserves the right to cancel Affiliates. Some examples of reasons an Affiliate can be canceled include (but not limited) to the following:
1. Affiliates found misrepresenting our company
2. Using expletives (curse words) in their social media interactions
3. Not meeting commitments to customers. If a customer reaches to us to resolve an issue with an Affiliate, the Affiliate must respond and provide proof that the customer complaint is not valid or has been resolved.
4. Affiliates using the contacts in our Facebook Affiliates group to spam other affiliates.

Can Affiliates use the LeggingGirl Logo?
Yes, Affiliates can use the LeggingGirl logo to promote in social media or for business cards/printed marketing materials. When using Logo, affiliates should not refer to themselves as owners of the company, instead they should represent themselves as Independent Consultants, Affiliates or any comparable description. The LeggingGirl logo has a Copyright and CAN NOT be used to create materials for re-sale such as mugs, bags, hats, etc.

What is the LeggingGirl Mall?
The LeggingGirl Mall is a place where our customers can find just about anything they may need for their entire family. There is no limit to the number of high quality products that customers can find from 1000's of participating stores.
How do Customers benefit from Shopping at the LeggingGirl MALL (Shop.com)?
Customers will benefit by receiving Cash Back Bonuses, directly from Shop.com, on all their purchases
When purchasing an item at the Mall how are payments processed and products shipped?
All of the items purchased at the LeggingGirl Mall will be paid directly to either Shop.com for Exclusive Products or to the partner stores where the item was purchased. The items will be shipped directly to the purchaser.
How do Affiliates benefit from purchases in the LeggingGirl mall?
Affiliates have different ways of benefiting from their customers purchases or their Personal Purchases at the LeggingGirl Mall. Details on the Shop.com/LeggingGirl.com partnership will be provided to Affiliates in our program introduction sessions. Sessions timeslots will be posted in the Affiliates back office.
