How do I return an item?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase as designated below.

Please read carefully our RETURN/EXCHANGE policy.

- We will accept returns and and exchanges up to 30 days after the date you receive your order. Cash refunds will be granted on returns withing 15 days of your receive date. Store credit will be granted on returns within 30 days.

- There will be a $3.00 RE-STOCKING FEE for all items returned to LeggingGirl.com. This fee will be deducted from your REFUND amount.

- There will be an additional shipping fee to replace exchanged items.

- Returns will only be accepted in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. All returned items will need to have the original LeggingGirl tag and cannot be worn or washed. If original tags have been removed,

we will not exchange, credit or refund the item.

- Legging Girl is not responsible for the cost of shipping RETURNS of EXCHANGES back to us.

- If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged product to support@legginggirl.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your item. Damage claims without an email, in the specified timeframe, will not be accepted.
