COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING OUR NEW AFFILIATES PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS WERE EMAILED TO ALL AFFILIATES IN 2020. IN RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FROM MANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, AND UNDERSTANDING THAT 2020 WAS A VERY UNUSUAL AND CHALLENGING YEAR, THE GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN TEMPORARILY ADJUSTED PROVIDING OUR PARTIALLY ACTIVE AFFILIATES A “GRACE PERIOD”.

JUST FOR THE YEAR OF 2020, WHICH WAS ANALYZED IN JANUARY OF 2021, THE CRITERIA FOR AFFILIATES TO REMAIN ACTIVE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

ALL AFFILIATES THAT HAD ANY DIRECT ACTIVITY (THIS INCLUDES PERSONAL ORDERS OR DIRECT CUSTOMER SALES) FROM 01/01/20 TO 01/28/21 WILL MAINTAIN THEIR ACTIVE AFFILIATE STATUS.

STARTING IN JANUARY OF 2022, AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER, WE WILL EVALUATE ALL AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS AND WILL APPLY THE CRITERIA AS EXPLAINED BELOW TO DETERMINE STATUS.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM UPDATE

ACTIVE STATUS EVALUATION CRITERIA – WILL COME INTO EFFECT JANUARY 2022
  1. Affiliates who join our team by purchasing one of the two Affiliate Program options, will have a requirement of one order in every calendar year
    (January 1st to December 31st).
  2. Affiliates who joined our team during one of our FREE AFFILIATE Promo events, will have a requirement to have a minimum of 2 orders in a six month period
    (January 1st to June 30th and July 1st to December 31st).

    3. For points 1 and 2, orders can be a combination of personal purchases and/or direct customer sales.

    • Personal purchases are orders made by the affiliate on their own website.
    • Direct Customer Sales are the orders a customer places using the Affiliate’s link.

    Affiliate status will be evaluated every year for Point 1, and every 6 months for Point 2.

    Affiliate accounts that do not meet this criteria will be disabled and converted to a regular customer account.

    Once the Affiliate account has been disabled, in order to become an Affiliate again one of the two Affiliate Options must be purchased.

    Affiliates who lose their status due to inactivity and choose to rejoin, by purchasing one of the two available Affiliate options, will not retain any of the Sub-affiliates they had at the time their account was disabled
